Hailey has over a decade of experience in the industry. Her mission behind the chair is to meet all of her client’s hair needs, in and out of the salon. Hailey favorite part of the job is being able to help people see how truly beautiful they are, and loves creating long hairstyles, hair extensions, and bright vivids/lived-in colors. She excels at customizing shapes and colors that best suit each individual in her chair. Her biggest influence is her mom, who she grew up watching work her hair magic in salons around her hometown. Hailey has been with the Skyline family since 2018.

Outside of the salon, Hailey loves to ski in Colorado, travel the world, and spend time with her husband. On her days off, you can find her exploring new coffee shops around Kansas City with her husband.
