Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations:
- Greet clients and provide them with refreshments.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and answering queries.
- Gather client feedback to improve services.
Content Creation:
- Photograph and film salon services, products, and events.
- Edit photos and videos for social media platforms.
Social Media Management:
- Respond to comments and messages on social media.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest relevant content ideas.
- Collaborate with stylists to feature their work and expertise.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials.
- Help organize and promote in-salon events and specials.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in tracking and restocking retail products.
- Manage displays to ensure they are visually appealing.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain client records and update appointment schedules.
- Handle transactions and process payments efficiently.
Training and Development:
- Provide training on social media best practices to salon staff.
- Stay updated on the latest social media tools and trends.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in salon operations, front desk, or a related field is highly preferred, with a track record of success in driving operational excellence and achieving business goals.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, staff, and senior management.
